When you place an order, register an account, or book a table with us, we collect personal data necessary to serve you, including your name, mobile phone number, email address, delivery address, order details, and special instructions.
We process your personal data strictly for order fulfillment, delivery coordination, customer support, table reservations, order status updates (via SMS/Email/WhatsApp), and to comply with statutory accounting requirements.
We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account, registered membership, loyalty rewards balance, or active service packages/vouchers with us. Following account closure, membership termination, or full package redemption/expiration, your personal data enters a 30-day retention buffer period before being permanently purged or anonymized, except where longer retention is strictly required by statutory tax or financial record-keeping laws.
Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request access to your personal data held by tplmarble, request corrections to inaccurate records, or withdraw your consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise your rights, please contact our store or submit a request to our Data Intermediary DPO at dpo@zaroid.com.
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment gateways including Stripe, HitPay, PayNow, GrabPay, Allinpay, and delivery fulfillment partners) strictly as necessary to execute your order.
tplmarble is the Data Controller / Organisation responsible for your personal data. OrderZ provides our cloud infrastructure and acts as our Data Intermediary / Processor under our Data Processing Agreement. OrderZ processes your data strictly under our instructions to power our storefront and POS system.
